Q1: The computer won't power on and the fans don't spin

1. Check if the memory modules are seated properly. Try removing and reseating them, cleaning the gold contacts, or testing with memory modules of different frequencies and capacities.
2. Remove the processor and test it on another motherboard to see if it boots normally.
3. Verify the graphics card is seated correctly. Try swapping the PCIe slot, clean the card's contacts, or test with a different graphics card.
4. Confirm all power connections are secure. Test with an alternative power supply or inspect cables and plugs for damage.
5. Reset the BIOS/CMOS.

Q7: NVME Driver not Recognized

A7: If installing a UEFI system, please disable CSM. Also check if the hard drive is damaged or if it is a branded hard drive.

Q8: USB not Recognized

A8: When the motherboard fails to detect USB ports, you can troubleshoot by following these steps:
1. Enter the BIOS to check if USB devices are disabled. If not disabled;
2. Try swapping out the USB device and plugging it into different USB ports on the back of the host computer to see if there's a response. If unsuccessful;
3. Go to Device Manager to verify if the USB device drivers are functioning properly. If no issues found;
4. Test the USB device on another computer with functional USB ports to see if it works.
5. If all tests are successful, the issue may lie with the motherboard.
Note: Never remove a USB device without properly ejecting it first.

Q9: SATA not Recognized

A9: The SATA interface is typically undetected due to the following reasons:
1. Connection issues:

2. BIOS Configuration Issues:
-- Enter BIOS settings and verify that SATA hard drives are not disabled. If disabled, enable them.
-- Confirm the SATA mode is set to the correct option. Common choices include AHCI, RAID, and IDE. Select the mode matching your hardware configuration.

3. Device Driver Issues:
-- Check Device Manager in the operating system to see if the hard drive driver is problematic. Try updating or reinstalling the driver.

4. Hardware Failure:
-- Inspect the hard drive for faults. You can try connecting the hard drive to another computer to check if it functions normally.

Q10: Other Problem

A10: 1. The motherboard diagnostic card displaying AA, BB, 73, 84, 55, 10, 40 is normal.
2. If your X99 motherboard cannot boot with a new graphics card, please change the BIOS to UEFI.
3. For X99 motherboards, when using E5 V4 series or Core i7 series processors, it is recommended to use ECC memory; otherwise, the computer may not boot.
4. The X99 motherboard can use higher frequency memory, but only up to 2400MHz.
5. Some motherboards do not support overclocking and cannot have their parameters adjusted. Adjusting the parameters will cause the motherboard to crash. Therefore, please consult the seller's support before adjusting the parameters.
